Modern, clean, and the location was great, I loved having the kitchenette, but there weren't any mugs or a coffee maker in the room since coffee was only in the lobby. Also after hours, check-in and out was self-serve, and it wasn't clear where to return the key cards, which was a bit of hassele. Overall, comfortable stay, but the communication around atfer-hours could be improved.

Excellent stay. However, there were very limited items available in the kitchen. We really wasn't to utilize the kitchen. It was very clean and very well maintained.

This was Our first time staying at a LivAway Suites. The Room was spacious and had a lot of great storage and outlets to plug in things. The first night we had a lot of noise from the people upstairs.Our other two nights where great.

Room was clean and the young man who waited on us when we arrived was very friendly . The only thing that was frustrating is that the hallway noise was loud. We easily heard and understood every conversation. That won't stop us from visiting this motel again. It was a quick overnight stay and they welcomed pets.

There was no coffee or coffee pot in the room. Also no Holy Bible readily available. The bed was comfortable however was noisy. But on the plus side the room n property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind.

The accessible with king bed and sofa was clean and pleasant. The bed was lower than usual which I appreciated. There was a flu refrigerator, two burner stove, dishes, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It was an enjoyable stay.

Room was loud all night long. Had a room close to the busy roads and the train tracks. Also the bathroom fan cycled on and off hundreds of times making a loud clicking noise each time. Stayed at the property about a month ago. Room was on the opposite end of the building and facing the parking area. It was quiet. Price was very reasonable.

Nice to stay in a nice new hotel. Over all had a nice stay. Very minimal, just linens and a bar of soap and shampoo. No coffee in the room. Thankfully I brought my blow dryer and didn't need an iron. I suspect you can request items you need, not sure, and for an extra charge some dishes. Large building being constructed on the north side, so no views and because we were there on the weekend construction workers were gone. So ask for a room on the southern side during the week. The fan in the bathroom constantly cycles on and off, and can still hear with the door closed, so that was a little bothersome. Nice location near lots of shopping and close to hwy and train tracks. Couldn't really hear the train when it passed threw though.

The bathroom fan wasnt working although the bathroom itself was good, so the walls were dripping wet. Only 1 bedside lamp. The only other lights were overhead and too harsh. The bed was good. No extra bedding other than what was on the bed and minimal, but clean. The TV channel selection was excellent. Parking was crowded. If you'd like coffee, bring your own pot and utensils etc as none is provided in the room. There's courtesy coffee in the main check in area. On our trip, it was the best hotel we'd had and the most reasonably priced. Quiet and a good location. We had very noisy neighbors though, but thats not the hotels fault. We'd stay here again.

Staff (Kael) was sweet & helpful. Facility is new & while that brings benefits (clean, great shape, well insulated) that comes with hiccups; there is a cooktop but no cook wear. There are blinds but they keep NO light out. There is a coffee machine but the coffee tastes stale. Shampoo but nothing else (even tissues.) I wanted to give this facility 5 stars cause dogs are allowed and the insulation is great for keeping the barking from propagating. The bed was comfortable & there were multiple pillows so whatever your preference, they had it! It has wonderful potential if some issues are addressed

The rooms were very clean, the flooring was tile and instead of carpet, the refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the hotel/motel sits back off Reserve St and is hard to find
