Cozy, extremely CLEAN, Missoula Guesthouse Retreat!

You'll be delighted with the coziness of this brand new, stylish modern guest house conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood close to all Missoula has to offer. This efficiency space home was designed with a zero step entry with wide doorways for ease of entry for people of all ages. You'll find the space with abundant windows and natural light, cozy and convenient with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. We are an easy launching point to nearby hiking and biking trails.

The space:
You'll find the unit bright, clean and tastefully decorated. While we've done our best to make this a relaxing environment, please be mindful that space is limited. In the welcome manual, upon arrival, you will find some helpful tips to best utilize the space.

You'll find two bedrooms on the first floor along with the living room, kitchen & bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom is a large open loft space with tall ceilings where you'll find 2 twin beds with 2 pull out trundle beds underneath them for a total of 4 single mattresses along with a sofa. There is an external staircase that accesses this space and also an internal ships ladder. Please note the space is not ideal for smaller children due to the steepness and exposure of the ladder.

Please also note that though the guesthouse can sleep 6, the kitchen table only has seating for 4 and the living room is most comfortable for 4-5 individuals and there is only 1 bathroom. Please be sure that your reservation matches your number of guests. We keep our prices & cleaning fee low for occupancy of under 4. Groups of more than 4, will pay an additional per person/per night fee. Non-registered guests are not permitted in the unit without prior approval from the host.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This is a pet-free, non-smoking home due to the owner's allergies & health. No smoking on premises. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 assessed cleaning fee. If you are a smoker, it would be best to find another property.

Due to the white linens and quiet neighborhood, we are not interested in hosting traveling construction crews or motorcycle groups. No oversized vehicles permitted at property.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the guesthouse with a private entry. You'll receive a unique key code the day before your arrival for the front door.

Other things to note:
Downtown and the University of Montana are just a short distance away. You can drive or bike a short distance to a variety of nearby mountain biking and hiking trails. VRBO falsely labels us as a 1 min walk from the Bitterroot Valley. In the winter, groomed cross country ski trails for classic or skate skiing can be found in Pattee Canyon about a 10 minute drive away. You can also find snowshoeing trails up there, a picnic area, and a frisbee golf course. Snowbowl Ski Resort is about 30 minutes away. For winter guests, we have snowshoes available for rental and can provide suggestions for a variety of local and easy day trip destinations. Message us for details.
