With a private entrance, patio, and full kitchen, this newly built space offers the perfect balance of nature and convenience—just minutes from downtown, the University, and local trails.

The space
Welcome to your Missoula retreat — a modern, light-filled daylight apartment with a private entrance and patio overlooking beautiful Mount Jumbo. Designed for relaxation and simplicity, this 600-square-foot space is ideal for one or two guests looking to unwind after a day exploring Missoula’s trails, rivers, and local hangouts.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, local Montana artwork, and clean, contemporary finishes throughout. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook a cozy dinner or make coffee before hitting the trail. The living area features a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work, and the space stays comfortable year-round with both heat and A/C.

Step outside to your private patio to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the mountain views. You’ll have designated parking and your own entrance for complete privacy, even though the property is shared.

Guest access
Pull into the driveway and park to right of the garage, where you will enter the yard to your private entrance through a side gate. (See photos)

You can either use the stairs to your private patio, or take the grassy trail loop down to the entrance. (See photos)

You will find a lockbox next to the door to retrieve the key for your stay. We will send you the lockbox code 24 hours prior to your stay.

This a very nice, modern, quiet and clean property tucked away from downtown. The few times I reached out to the Host, they were quick to respond and seemed able and willing to let them know if anything was needed. If I am ever to return to Missoula, this property would be on the top of my list of places to stay.
