Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertops and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation possibilities. Sleeps 4 with our brand new KING bed and double sofa sleeper. Coffee, tea and treats while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55 inch flat screen tv! Washer/Dryer in walk in closet, and dishwasher too!

Couldn't Ask For a Better Stay

Simply outstanding, a perfect little retreat with virtually every amenity available in the space. Quiet area, short drive into the heart of town, good local amenities (grocery, restaurants) close by. If you're coming Missoula, this is where you need to stay.

Comfy house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet little house. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located in a central part of Missoula. We liked it so much, we’re hoping to stay there again next GRIZ season. Zach is a very nice host!

This mini house is perfect! The hosts have literally thought of everything, the kitchen was well stocked with nice utensils and cookware, mattress topper for pullout sofa, super comfy sheets, washer/dryer with laundry soap etc. The main bed was incredibly comfortable.

Thanksgiving a little early with daughter

This was the perfect little place to stay while we were in Missoula. The place was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. We were here for a procedure I had done at a nearby hospital and it only took minutes to get there. It had everything we needed and more.

Perfect Little House

I was attending a workshop at The Clay Studio. This little house was absolutely perfect for all my needs. Clean, modern decor, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed, and for me… a washer and dryer!! When I am back in Missoula for another ceramic sculpture workshop, I will definitely stay in this wonderful house again.

Great little rental.

The home was very clean. It was stocked with toiletries if you forget your own shampoo/conditioner. Quiet neighborhood, which was very nice. The home is not huge, but it was perfect for me, my husband and my teenage son. We were able to park right outside the front door too.

A very short stay

The home was adorable. The bed was very comfortable. My flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight so I only got to spend about 9 hours at this home but I did enjoy every minute. The host were terrific! I wanted to book I️t again In August and sad it’s not available!

We really loved staying here. Central location, only a couple minutes drive from the "Hip Strip" and downtown. House was super nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. As some other reviews mentioned, while the exterior leaves a bit to be desired, the interior is amazing. Comfy king size bed, comfy couch, nice TV, clean bathroom with shampoo and conditioner provided. Nice throw blankets in both the bedroom and living room. We didn't really use the kitchen much but it was nice all the same. Check in was easy as was checkout. We also really appreciated that there weren't any "above and beyond" guest cleaning requirements prior to checkout — simply put towels in laundry room and run your dishes in the dishwasher (if you had any). Parking on the street was easy! All in all, if you're looking for a central location on a quiet street, and it's just you and one (*maybe* two) other people — highly recommend this one! Two small things that can be easily remedied to make this stay perfect: one, in listed amenities, it says "Spa whirlpool." We took this to mean there was a hot tub, but there is not. Two, we wished that the front door had a manual deadbolt. It's currently by code/keypad only, which means that anyone who knows the code can get in at any point. Obviously we didn't have that problem, but just for peace of mind we would have appreciated the extra safety measure.
