This fully furnished cozy 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home is just one block from the U of M footbridge! Ideal when visiting Missoula, you can walk to find a dozen restaurants from fine dining to fast food. Entertainment, shopping, fishing and rafting, university events, even a grocery store just two blocks away. No need for a car when downtown is just a 10 minute walk!

We had a great time in Missoula! The house was great close to everything you could want including the University of Montana, downtown, grocery stores, hiking trails, and major bicycle paths. We tried not to drive as much as possible and walked or used our bicycles. Perfect location for us!

So convenient

We’ve stayed here several times and will again. My husband is a big fly fisherman. I love all the nearby walking trails by the river and how easy it is to walk into downtown Missoula to shop or dine. Great spot!

Great stay!

This was my second time staying at this Vrbo and have enjoyed both of my stays! The host is very nice, the area is very walkable, place is clean and is a great place to stay with a dog with the backyard, dog park and river walk so close. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, comfortable, and great location

This was the perfect home base while visiting family in Missoula. The location near downtown restaurants, stores, and coffee shops, as well as the river and grocery store, was ideal. The house was well-supplied, super cozy, comfortable, and clean. Check-in and check-out were clearly explained and easy. We’ll stay here again!

Annual trip to beautiful Missoula.

This house was charming. It was clean with nice updates. The location close to the University can’t be beat. It was perfect for two of us with a fenced in yard for the dog. I would definitely recommend.

Great house in a perfect location

This cute and comfortable house was in the perfect location for our trip to Missoula. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We walked to the grocery store and restaurants. Lots of great bike and walking trails near by. This was our second time renting this house and would highly recommend it.

Best location!

We were here for our son’s UM graduation. Location was perfect! Walked to campus, downtown, grocery store, son’s apartment. Great set up with bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Missoula!

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed in this cute historic house. The floor plan is nice, with a large bathroom between the two bedrooms. The back yard is fenced, which was good for our dog. There is a driveway for off street parking. We had to contact the owner once, and he was very responsive. It is a great to place to stay, and we plan to come back.

Everything You Need

This is a really, really nice house, very well appointed and super clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient, but it is a fairly busy area so be prepared for that. Access to U of M is excellent and getting downtown and/or on the I90 is as easy as it gets. Recommended.

grandparents, parents and teenagers, sleep 6 perfect. so clean, better then expected and great location, right by college, but the way the house and bushes are placed felt comfy ( when we are country folks, and don't love the city :) thanks for the amazing time can't think of one thing to complain about

Perfect Location

The house fit our needs perfectly. The location is close to UM, so it made hiking the M and visiting campus a breeze. The house feels a little dated, but it’s an old house so that’s expected. The dog loved having a yard and Shaun provides poop bags, which is a nice touch. The only downside is not having direct access to the yard from the house. You have to take the dog into the back yard and then let them go. Wasn’t too big of deal since we watched our dog when she was out there anyway. We would stay again!

Great stay

We enjoyed the location of this property - very close to downtown, the river, and the university. Kitchen was one of the best stocked we have stayed in over the years - even the knives were good quality! Beds were comfortable - maybe a bit firm on the beds but everyone has their preferences. Full bathroom was done beautifully, and so nice to have the 1/2 bath with four of us staying together. The house is very cute. It’s older so it’s creaky and the doors stick a bit which make the house a bit loud. You can also hear the train at night which was hard on the first night but not an issue the other nights. Loved that we could walk downtown, over the bridge to an excellent walking path, and to Albertsons (3-4 minutes!).
