8.8/10 Excellent! (2,715 reviews)
The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were great, as was the slippers, robes and towels provided by the front desk for an evening swim in cool October weather.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,308 reviews)
Our stay was a 10/10! From the minuted we checked in, to our very unfortunate early check out. They brought a welcome bag for our pup, which was adorable, he loved the little toy and the treats! We were welcomed by a bottle of white whine, delish! We had an medical emergency so we only ended up staying the one afternoon. The hotel was so understanding with our situation. We can't wait to return and actually stay! Thank you again <3
