Linen: All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary portable cot.
Property Specific Notes: For the welfare and safety of both cattle and our valued guests, please be advised this is a working farm and cattle are present on the property. You are welcome to walk around the property but please do not touch or move the cattle and be cautious with children.
Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow-combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

Property was very accurate to listing in a great location where you have lots of room for yourselves but not also very close to Mittagong for food options and other activities.
Very accomodating and good communication with property managers.
Very clean and comfortable but was a bit unaware it was so expensive which may my fault for not checking. However very restful with the added bonus of cattle and kangaroos coming to say hello.
We enjoyed the stay except when we went to BBQ for dinner the gas bottle was empty and there was not a spare gas bottle as stated in the agreement.So we had to drive and purchase a full gas bottle. This was unsatisfactory.

While the property was lovely I found communication really difficult. The ‘host’ through the VRBO app often didn’t respond to my messages and if you called there was a long wait to then be put though to an offshore person who knew nothing about the property. It was then directed to someone else who also had to find out information from another person to answer my questions. While the property had great amenities and well stocked with kitchen stuff we didn’t know this until we got there and so brought some of our own things (unnecessarily) as it was hard to get accurate information. I never spoke to the property manager even though I asked for them to call me and no one I spoke to actually knew what was in the house. All in all I wouldn’t book again through VRBO as it’s too third party and I wasted a lot of time on hold and waiting for responses. Beautiful property though.
