To me isn’t a downside but to some it might be. Great Location moments away from most major sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"A great location beside the train station and a short walk into the heart of Salzburg. Good value for the price. The room was quite worn but still comfortable."

"The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable sitting areas near the lobby. However, luggage storage was unlocked and unmanned. Any person could have walked right into the hotel and taken your luggage with no staff member seeing. As a solo female traveler, I should have payed more attention to the fact that this hotel is unstaffed at night, too."
