"Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. Therefore this review is about the 2 night stay in hotel Bräurup: Positive: 1. The hotel has the elevator that is great if you carry a heavy luggage or have difficulties walking up/down stairs. 2. The complete room was very clean and tidy. 3. Spacious bathroom with large shower cabin. 4. Full buffet breakfast was very rich and tasty. 5. Spacious parking across the hotel, also included in the price of the room. 6. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 7. Very fast and stable WiFi internet connection. Negative: 1. There was only one towel in the bathroom, placed on the toilet seat cover. The towel that is usually used for the floor, when you step out of the shower. No other towels were to be found anywhere in the room. This was odd, considering the room price and the 4 star categorization. The next morning, after the room was cleaned, there were 4 normal soft towels added in the bathroom, that tells me that the stuff forgot to place all towels for the first day. 2. The bed mattress and the pillows were very soft, but I wouldn't consider this as a truly negative point, because it depends from the personal preference. It didn't work for me, but someone might like very soft beds and pillows. Overall, the hotel Bräurup is very good."

"Our stay at Schloss Mittersill was absolutely outstanding, truly one of a kind! We were greeted with a welcome drink and received a gift when we left. The castle itself is absolutely stunning and amazing, so much to explore, so beautiful. Around each corner there was something else to discover. The different cellars, the watch tower, the chapel, the gardens, the lounge, the bar, etc. The restaurant with different dining rooms, a glass house, panorama terrace, courtyard terrace. And the food was outstanding! Then the wellness center with so many different saunas, the outdoor sauna, infrared sauna, sole steam sauna, rest rooms, indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor area, massage... But the absolute best was the staff. I travel a lot, and for a while also worked in the hospitality business, and this was by far one of the best experiences I ever had, the friendliest, nicest, and most accommodating personnel I have ever met, truly interested and invested, every single one of them! All of them were going out of their way and above and beyond to make our vacation the best ever. They made us feel like royalty in this most amazing castle. They were looking for ways to make any wish come true. All of us will truly treasure this experience and this vacation for the rest of our lives. And we are considered another trip from the US to Austria with our whole family, when we would definitely plan a stay at Schloss Mittersill again! We highly recommend Schloss Mittersill."
