The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach.

ミラージュ自体は全てとても素晴らしかったです！ しいて言うなら、和朝食がかなり待たされ、対応＆味がイマイチでした。洋食のビュッフェはカメちゃんもいて、対応＆味など全てとってもいいです！ ただ、夕食の際にミラージュのカウンターで予約して頂いた「蕎麦前宮古」が予約しても混雑で入れず、並ぶ受付なども全くないので、30分並んでも、後から並んだ人を中に入れたりめちゃくちゃでした。結局2軒隣りのお寿司屋さんに何とかお願いして、9時近くにやっと夕食が食べられました。お寿司屋さんは最高に美味しく接客も素晴らしかったので、また絶対に行きたいです。

大切な水着をバスルームに干したまま忘れてしまいました。翌日の午前中にホテルへ連絡しましたが、清掃係から部屋の中には無かったとのこと。忘れ物に対しての適切な対応が出来てなく残念です。 事業拡大の影響か、フロントなどの人員が少なく、一人ひとりのスキルも低く、サービスが価格に対して全く合ってない。
