Beautiful building, very lovingly maintained. The staff were friendly but not always able to speak English properly. The whole experience had an air of 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' film: both in terms of grandeur and comedy value. Gym was very poor for a 5 star hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Musashino Bekkan. The place felt very welcoming and the staffs are all friendly. We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room (luxury twin) was spacious and private. It is in a quiet area but well connected by public transport systems. The staff were all very polite and attentive. The dinner and breakfast were some of the best meals we ate during our time in Japan.
