"Apparently there are 3 properties in town owned by Alden. We stayed at the Snafell hotel on the 3rd floor. Small but adequate room. There is a large kitchen on the first floor that has dishes and you can cook. Nice walk in town to visit waterfall."

"An affordable gem! It's not a typical hotel with a front desk, but everything was well-organized and communication was good. We were delighted to have access to laundry facilities (only one large washer and one large dryer, so they were in constant demand), along with a large, bright, cheery well-equipped communal kitchen - it was great fun mingling with many other international travelers preparing their meals there! Our rooms were roomy, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy parking, a nice harbor front location just a few blocks from the town center, and a fun little waterfall hike right next door to the guesthouse."

"We had the studio one bedroom appartement, is was nice, great view of the mountains. The kitchen lacked some basic stuff, the bathroom soap was mediocre and the couch was stained...Very expensive for a night stay."
