"Likes: top-notch staffs, cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom, A/C, location, breakfast, room amenities, Hotel staffs were amazingly courteous and helpful in all occasions. They made me feel welcomed. The room was very spacious and equipped with all the amenities I would like to have while traveling. Especially a big comfy sofa with an end table was extra special and made me feel at home and my stay very pleasant. The ambiance of the breakfast room was delightful and food was delicious and high quality. Especially the section with the array of the traditional dishes of Bulgaria was specia and well thought out since it gives an opportunity for foreigne travelers to experience Bulgarian dishes. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will stay here when visiting Sofia. I"
