"Hotel au budget interesant mais vieillissant, les vitres de la chambre du 16ème étage n'ont probablement pas été nettoyées depuis la construction du bâtiment, les peintures sont fatiguées. L'emplacement est assez loin du centre ville et à cause du trafic et de l'absence de trottoirs, il est dangereux de s'aventurer dehors pour dîner le soir toujours prendre un taxi ou grab. "Unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom had wet yellow urine spilled on toilet and the previous occupants toiletries were still there. The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. The room had small bugs crawling and we can’t step foot outside in the patio either. We spent the night in disgust as there were no place to go at that time of the hour.
