"Staying in the Old Town with all the attractions near by was fabulous. Nikolina the owner of the hotel was really really good. She gave all the information needed and was very helpful all the way through. As the hotel is in the old town, in a prime location, the space is of premium and the room was tight. It was a quiet location, good clean bed and shower facilities. For an expensive old town stay this is a hidden gem located right behind the Cathedral. For those who want to stay in the old town...

"Our flight was delayed and thankfully a late check-in at the restaurant was available. Staff were very helpful and explained that there had been a booking error, so we were upgraded. Breakfast was lovely and a great viewing spot for people watching. Location made our few days in Dubrovnik very easy. We were unaware that cash was needed to pay, but we were given enough notice and directions to arrange."

"The property is located right on the water. View of the harbour from our room was excellent. The staff at the reception desk were awesome, so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and the lid on the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Not big issues and certainly did not diminish our experience."

"The room was very accommodating, well equipped to the point of having slippers and robe. Towels were of the uttermost quality, that you’ll only get in 5 stars hotels. Nespresso machine and a lot of pods for you to use. A kettle for tea. Water in the fridge. All toiletries were good quality and of the best aromas. And the location is one block to main street Stradun. Some steps to climb, but it’s Dubrovnik. "

"Guest House 44 was in a super location in the Centre of the old town on a beautiful old street and was quiet at night. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. "Had a late check in so the manager contacted me and gave me a code to come and go, the room it's self was fantastic; right in the heart of old town but still quiet. The stairs were annoying but it's the city of stairs so it makes sense. I had an issue with the door on the day I was checking out, the app wouldn't let me open it. I contacted the manager and she reset it and did everything she could on her side, in the end the lovely cleaning lady came and let me in within a couple of minutes....

"Loved this place. Hotel people and driver waited several hours to pick me up and let me in my room, due to a weather flight delay.Nice, friendly, professional. Nice room, great location. I do want to point out that the European idea of a first floor apt is different from an Americans. My first floor apt was reached by a set of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "

"Great location - it's an easy walk of 15 minutes from the bus terminal so that we can drop our luggage before heading to the old town of Dubrovnik. Moreover, there are bus stops both ways from the old town just within a stone throw from Rooms Edna. The twin room is airy and is cool enough to sleep without having to turn the aircon on. "10/10 stay!!! We came to Dubrovnik for 3 nights to view wedding venues. We stayed on the top floor apartment and it was perfect for us. The location is great, you are very near Pile Gate but in the corner of the town so it’s lovely and quiet at night, but a stones throw from the main part of the Old Town. The apartment it’s self in small but perfect for a couples city break. The apartment had great amenities and a lovely modern bathroom. I would highly recommend this apartment, all I will say...

"Great location, loved being in the old town but in a more quiet street, meaning good night sleep. A couple of minutes away from Pile gate where you can take a bus towards bus station or port in less than 20 min for excursions. Great place for a short break
"arrived on an early flight but there was no rooms ready for an early check in (11.30) ? - hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than expected with very good service. Position of the hotel was ideal with easy access by walking along a promenade to Lapad. 3 bus routes to the city were only 100mtrs away with at least 4 buses an hour. Checkout was slow - only 1 person on the desk at 10.55 and it took over 20 mins. to process 4 families leaving and 2 arriving (there also was a queue behind us). Happy to visit Dubrovnik again and stay at the Princess. "
