Welcome to your desert oasis in Moab, Utah! Our vacation rental is the perfect home base for your adventure-filled getaway to one of the most stunning and iconic destinations in the American Southwest.

Property Overview:
Nestled amidst the rugged red rock landscapes of Moab, our vacation rental offers a unique blend of comfort and natural beauty. This spacious and well-appointed home is designed to provide you with a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the nearby national parks, hiking trails, and outdoor wonders.

Accommodations:
Our vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a good night's sleep and a bonus loft with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the other bedrooms offer equally cozy sleeping arrangements. Cozy linens and plush pillows, and ample closet space are provided for your convenience.

Living Spaces:
Step into our inviting living room, where you'll find a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly desert evenings. Relax on the comfortable sofas while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or simply take in the panoramic views of the surrounding red rocks through the expansive windows.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Share stories and laughter around the dining table, or step out onto the private patio to dine al fresco while enjoying the breathtaking sunset views.

The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc. This townhome is set up to be the ultimate family-friendly vacation rental featuring an arcade game in the loft, bike repair stand and tools, pack/play, booster seat, games etc.

Our rental is conveniently located just a short drive from the entrance to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Moab's vibrant downtown, with its charming shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, is also within easy reach. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, an adventurer, or simply seeking a tranquil escape, Moab offers a wide range of activities and experiences for everyone.

The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground.

*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

It was a perfect location for a home base in Moab for biking and other activities. The house was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hot tub and pool were a post ride bonus.

Great stay with adult children

The property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. Very nice place to hang out together but enough room to have quiet time after a long day of adventure. The rooms and kitchen were well supplied and the location was nice to get away from the city.

Perfect place to rest between adventures!

We loved the pool and the comfy beds. It was a great place to rest and recharge and make some meals before heading to the next adventure! We found the map in the garage helpful to narrow down where to go and we also took many of the owners food recommendations!

Perfect location in Moab

Perfect location to hit all the national parks during our stay. Property manager was always available. Place was stocked very well which I appreciate. If in the future, we would return to Moab, I would stay here again. Just a long trip for us to get to Moab.

Great Property, Good Location.

Property was just as described in the listing. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It was a little bit of a hike to downtown Moab (15 mins) and to Arches (30 mins) and Canyonlands/Deadhorse Pt (60 mins), but overall centrally located if you wanted to enjoy both sides of Canyonlands. Quite a busy neighborhood, but it didn't takeaway from our stay in any way. Only recommendations: update the TVs or get Roku/Fire Sticks) so they're all smart TVs, the cable is terrible (content, resolution, and 1/3 of the image is cut-off). It's a small price to pay for today's expectation of being able to access streaming content, especially from the Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Loft.
