Beautiful Private Home W/ Large Living Spaces, Lots of Parking & Close to Trails
Beautiful stucco 4-bedroom house located on just under an acre-and-a-half property. Enjoy open spaces and picturesque 360 degree views, with three large covered patio outdoor living spaces. One patio to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the La Sal Mountains, one patio to wind down watching amazing sunsets over the Red Rock Moab Rim, as well as, one patio for picturesque outdoor dining including a BBQ. Amazing modern desert landscaping including a dry creek xeriscape, fire pit, playground and a unique "Jeep Island" (perfect for a fun photo op). Loads of parking for all your jeeps, UTVs, trailers, bikes and vehicles. This is not your typical Moab rental (which are mostly congested condos and townhomes) you will have plenty of room to really spread out here!
Located in the beautiful Spanish Valley (southern) area of Moab, you will be able to ride or drive directly to trails, only 7.5 miles from downtown Moab, and just a few miles from Ken's Lake. The closest trail access points are located nearby including Flat Pass Trail (mountain biking), Steel Bender, Strikers Ravine, Hell's Revenge, Fins & Things, Behind The Rocks and more (Jeep & UTV Trails). You are also close to La Sal Mountain Loop Road for some great mountain riding and biking in the La Sals during the hot summer months. For water activities only three miles away, there is Faux Falls (waterfall w/ swimming hole) flowing into Ken's Lake and beach for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. A little closer towards town, there are amazing swimming holes and waterfalls at Millcreek Falls. It doesn't get much better than this!
This house is beautifully and newly furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and great room with game area. It has all the necessary amenities including WiFi, smart TV's, fireplace, air-conditioning/heating units, and radiant heating in floors. Each bedroom also has the ability to be individually climate controlled. All floors are beautifully finished stained concrete with area accent rugs.
There is PLENTY of living and sleeping space in this amazing home. There are NINE individual beds! The master suite has a king bed with a chest, two nightstands and closet. Adjoining is a spacious bath which includes a claw-foot tub and fantastic walk-in slate shower. Second bedroom also has a king bed with chest, two nightstands and large walk-in closet. Third bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand and chest. And, fourth bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds w/twins on upper and doubles on lower, chest and and large walk-in closet (can sleep up to 6 in this room). All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. In the family room there is a queen sofa sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress. There is also a comfy twin rollaway bed for the extra person needing their own bed. The second bath is large and fully tiled with tub and shower.
The maximum overnight guests allowed is 13. All bedding, bath and kitchens are provided.

We came to Moab to ride the rocks. The house was perfect, clean and nice with room to park trailers, in an easy location where we could ride straight to the rock and the patios are an amazing place to enjoy the evenings
This property was exactly what I hoped for! It was clean, and provided all amenities needed for a family stay. The only recommendation I could offer is maybe provide a couple of lounge chairs and/or rocking chairs but otherwise the patios offered awesome views for sunrise and sunsets! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Wonderful house with all you need for a vacation. Great views from all sides. We ended up not cooking because there were so many amazing restaurants around, but kitchen had all the items to cook. We would definitely rent this house again.
Plenty of trailer parking was our favorite part! House is clean and well maintained. We go to Moab a couple times each years and we'll definitely try to book this home our next trip.
We had a great guys weekend in Moab. While we tried to make the most of the natural wonders, this was our home base to cool off and relax. We used all aspects of the property from the giant living room/kitchen, the 3 outdoor/covered patios and the fireplace. It was great!
We stayed in this house back in 2015. They have made some nice improvements. We had a group of 8 and the house was very comfortable for all of us. We would definitely stay again.
Wonderful home. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay and even more we didn’t know we’d need. Beautiful clean home with gorgeous views and ample room for a larger family.
Nice comfortable place with plenty of outside seating based on sun direction. 10 minute drive to town was perfect. Property managers were responsive when we had a question.
This home is recently and beautifully remodeled. We lacked for nothing, although a spa would be nice after long days on the trail. The parking for our rigs was plentiful and appreciated. We will try to book this home next time we visit Moab (especially if they install a spa).
This property was amazing! The house was modern and super clean with fabulous appliances and lots of amenities. The location was quiet and beautiful and just a few miles from all our favorite trails. The house had a fun little dirt bike trail behind it, a great yard, and lots of room. The property owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
This house was just as described-quiet location close to town, roomy, comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. There is a nice yard with a play set that our 3 year old enjoyed. Beautiful views of the mountains! So close to Ken’s lake where we spent quite a bit of time swimming. All around a great stay and would highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking to enjoy Moab! Owners also extremely responsive to all my questions!
We came to Moab to do some OHVing and go into Arches and Canyonlands. There were 6 of us, three adult couples, and the house was great. It's south of town about 6 miles which got us out of the crowds but remained close enough to easily get around. The entire property was spotless and the little Jeep track out front was very apropos. Small things like lots of hooks on the walls just complimented the very nice appliances, including the range/double oven and separate oven. There is an ice maker that got a workout as we took coolers with us on rides and into the parks. Individual HVAC in each room allowed all of us to dial in our preferred temps. The rain shower heads were wonderful! Three patios offer options of temperatures, sunlight, and views and we used all three. A dining table that easily seats 8 was used for feasting and games, as were the patio tables. We also enjoyed the large grass areas for a few games of cornhole. All in all, if you have a group of 6-10 (one room has two bunk beds) this is a definite must see for staying in the Moab area.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here for the week. The panoramic views were beautiful and the home was located a short drive from downtown Moab. The home had everything we needed and our kids really appreciated the games provided and the spacious yard for soccer. The home has a perfect layout for a large family or in our case two families. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend staying here.
It’s so hard to find places to stay with bigger groups. This property was perfect! Having room to park all of our trailers and Jeeps made a huge difference as well. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!
It had plenty of room for 6 adults & 3 children & grandkids loved the bunk beds, playground & the dirt bike jumps out back. We would recommend this property & rent again just wished it had a hot tub for relaxing after hike & razor riding,
