Beautiful Townhome Near Arches National Park
A charming private getaway that is peaceful and gives an overall feeling of complete relaxation. Due to its location on the edge of the Rim Village neighborhood, visitors are treated to beautiful unobstructed views of the Moab Rim, alfalfa fields, and impeccable sunset views. Being off the neighborhood's main road, our location boasts the quiet desert evening sounds of crickets and even the occasional coyote, with no traffic interference. The privacy makes the patio a favorite place to enjoy an evening drink and a rest from the day's fun events. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared, seasonal pool and hot tub.

The condo was really nice, well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The only down side was the community hot tub that was more of a warm as the water was at best Luke warm. The hot tub also had a half dozen cameras around it which was a bit creepy. Despite the hot tub experience we had a wonderful stay.
We had a we had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. It would be nice to have access to things like lightbulbs, batteries and smart television under the natural place. Very nice.

This is a beautiful and clean condo with very nice furnishings. Our stay was great! That being said I feel I need to share there might be an ant problem. I'm actually hoping it's just a one time situation but I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. I had one plastic CLOSED SHUT container of brownies on the counter, when we woke the next morning there were ants all over the counter and inside the container. Ants are hard to get rid of but I did my best by wiping up. Then there was a large area outside the garage with a lot more.
I text the owner and sadly did not get a response. The main shower wouldn't drain but I decided not to bother texting that since there was no response on the ants. I wasnt upset at all, but thought it a good idea that it be known for the next renters.
I'm an excellent guest, a clean freak and leave whatever place I'm at in top condition. Overall our stay was great and the condo is wonderful. I would definitely stay again and just keep my fingers crossed there aren't ants again.
Perfect for 6 adults. 4 grown brothers, their mom and me Gramps. Each of us had a private sleeping area. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit after dinner. Couldn't have been any better!
The place was perfect for an active adventure. Furnishings were comfortable. The decor was great- lots of local artwork. And the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Would definitely stay there again.
The townhouse was in a great location, very close to town but out enough to avoid the congestion if desired. The space was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc., to allow for cooking if desired. I used the outside gas grill one evening with no issues. There were plenty of towels for both bathrooms and there are "beach" towels for use at the community pool which is very close to the unit. The pool area was very nice, the water was pristine, and the grandkids loved it. Preston and co-hosts responded to questions quickly, even over the weekend. My entire group was very pleased. I highly recommend this townhouse!
