Beautiful townhome with stunning views, two master suites, sleeps 6

  • Welcome to your new home away from home in beautiful Moab! This townhome serves as a clean and comfortable basecamp with stunning views of the La Sal mountains and the red cliffs of the Moab Rim. Come and relax after a day of hiking, rafting, jeeping or biking. Great location, with quick access to national parks (11 miles to Arches, 36 miles to Canyonlands) and only 5 miles from downtown Moab.

    Imagine waking up to the sunrise over the La Sals and then enjoying a refreshing beverage in the evening on the back patio while admiring the red cliffs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all kitchenware, pots/pans, dishtowels, basic spices, coffee maker and tea kettle to make your stay enjoyable.

    This townhome has two Master bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. The living room can sleep another two guests on the queen size pull-out sofa bed. Artfully decorated and complete with a patio set and grill for BBQing out the back door.

    As part of the Rim Vista community, amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. Games, books, basketball, TV and free Wifi available for your entertainment. There is also ample on-street parking for all of your toys.

We were in Moab for a 3 day trail race and to check out the nearby national parks. This location was great to pop into downtown Moab for dinner, drinks and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Clean, well appointed and well equipped condo. Nice neighborhood, and location. It’s a ways from the downtown area, but was perfect for my group. Would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

This property was just perfect for our needs. We were traveling with another couple and loved that both rooms had their own bath room. The location was nice and not too far away from town. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again if/when we visit Moab in the future.

Such an easy and enjoyable stay! Just a few miles drive from Moab, we used this stay to reach Arches and Canyonlands. It was great to come back to this simple, comfortable landing pad. It had all the basics, and was well cared fo. Bedrooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photo, but still have plenty of room. I enjoyed the lovely art, too.

Great layout with 2 master suites

This unit was perfect for our needs! Loved the extra touches of a small cooler and ice pack for day outings. And the Brita in the refrig! The nearby pool and hot tub were a wonderful welcome at the end of a dry, dusty day in Arches and Canyonlands. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Could have been cleaner. Sticky surfaces, full trash cans from previous people. Easy check in. Poor quality bedding. Nice complex with pool and hot tub. Would stay in same complex but would chose a different unit.

Nice Stay

The house is modest and perfect for 4 although you could fit 5. It is very clean and only 17 miles to the Arches. It is about 10 minutes to center town of Moab. The bedrooms and bathrooms rooms we’re comfortable. The kitchen was nice but not fully stocked with enough pots and pans. Teflon pans were badly scratched and need replacing but we improvised with what was there and having my own sauté pan. Everything else was fine. We especially loved the pool in the summer. It was a quiet and nice stay. The communication with Holly was excellent. And cost was reasonable compared to other places. We thoroughly enjoyed the town, Dead Horse Point and the Arches - especially at sunset.
