Escape the hustle and bustle of Moab in this single story, 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit 6 miles south of downtown. The quiet location surrounded by trees on the edge of Rim Village provides a private oasis to sit and relax on the patio and enjoy the beautiful rim views after a day of adventuring.
In addition to the grill on the patio, the fully equipped kitchen allows for creating family meals to enjoy around the dining table with seating for six, with additional seating at the counter.
The master bedroom with en suite bath includes a king bed, large TV, double vanity, large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and smart TV.
Securely store your toys in the attached 2 car garage with additional parking adjacent to the unit. The wi-fi, gas fireplace, and community pool and hot tub put the finishing touches on your relaxing stay.
This property is located 10 minutes south of downtown Moab in the Rim Village complex. This area provides beautiful views of the red rock cliffs and La Sal Mountains all throughout! The property is minutes away from Arches (15 Minutes) and Canyonlands National Parks (45 Minutes), Old Spanish Trail Arena (5 Minutes), La Sal Mountains (30-45 Minutes) and Dead Horse Point State Park (45 Minutes). There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the property.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.
Parking There is a two car garage for your vehicles and to keep other items stored safely. There is also a driveway pad located directly in front of the garage that allows you to park additional vehicles, side-by-side or trailer.
Cancellations must submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises.
2025 Hot Tub and Pool Schedule In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

2025 POOL Schedule: OPEN Pool Hours: 10 am -10 pm daily when open/weather permitting The pool typically closes at the end of Oct through April and reopens mid-April (depending on the weather)
**Pool and hot tub are open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold.

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was well-equipped and perfect for our stay in Moab. The location is quiet, away from town traffic and it was nice having a garage for our jeep. We would definitely stay here again, thanks very much!
We ended our road trip visiting the Mighty Five, and it was the perfect place to cap off the adventure! The location is fabulous, the place is so so so nice, the neighborhood quiet & well kept up. I wish we could have stayed there longer! Especially nice was the proximity to Arches National Park.
My family and I were very happy with our stay. There's lots of space, and the living room and bedrooms are comfortable. Plenty of kitchen amenities for a family of 5. The garage is very convenient.

This condo was fabulous. It was clean, spacious well stocked and thoroughly wonderful. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the porch. It was a great landing spot for the nearby national parks!
Rim Village is a great place to stay just about 5 miles south of downtown Moab. Easy access to the highway, and to all of the attractions in the area. Nicole was very responsive, and she makes sure that the condo is clean and ready for your arrival!
This was a great find!! The value, cleanliness, location, and ease of check-in were all great, and this was one of the best stocked places I’ve stayed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable too! We will definitely rent again!

First time to Moab to visit Arched National Park.
The home was terrific, clean and had everything needed for our stay. Close to town but far enough away and in a quiet community neighborhood.
Having the two car garage was perfect to accommodate our car and keep it cooled off in the summer heat and the weather.

If you’re visiting Moab and need a quiet place to stay away from road noise, this is a great spot. The garage provided extra security for our mountain bikes.
So comfortable and clean. Super amenities and very spacious. Generous amounts of towels. Nicole was very detailed oriented and paying attention to the guests' comfort. She is also super friendly. I will definitely recommend this destination to my friends and family.

My buddies and I needed a place to stay when coming down to Moab to dirtbike. My mother in law recommended this neighborhood so I booked this unit. It was a great experience and would stay here again.
We have stayed in Rim Village before however, it was the first time in this particular condo. We like Rim Village because it is a nice area out of town that is quiet. Now this specific condo was very clean with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. We liked use of garage. The owner was well organised providing information when needed. We would stay at this condo again.
Super convenient property, located and arranged exactly as advertised. Communication from manager was proactive and thorough. Amenties were exactly as needed. Would definitely recommend this location and this property manager.
We came to utah for our Anniversary because of the activities offered. Rented the condo for space and able to eat in at times. The location was S of town but only minutes away. Quiet well kept area. We rented side x sides which was just S of tje condo, very nice. The scenery in Moab is extreme!! Besure to get out to the parks!!
