- THREE KING BEDROOMS! You will love our Newly remodeled home with over 1600 sq. ft. This perfect desert retreat is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. You can always feel confident that the unit is super CLEAN! Soak in some sun or cool off at the community POOL and HOT TUB! We provide the pool towels and pool noodles. Enjoy a new accessible ramp entry and plenty of PARKING for your trailers. With a large dining table, everyone can gather around and talk about the day's adventures! There is also a generous sized gathering room, a huge and very well stocked group kitchen so you can have many cooks, a cozy gas fireplace, a FENCED YARD, and an oversized 2 car garage with Foosball and a new Air Hockey table for the kids (or adults)! Take in the beautiful views of Moab Rim on the oversized back patio, and enjoy stargazing around the cozy GAS FIRE PIT in the evenings. Just 12 minutes to Arches.
The community pool and hot tub are just a short walk away!!
