The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

Location is great. Very clean and efficiently run by management. Had everything we needed to make a pleasurable vacation with family. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a nice bonus too!
We did not see any nicer rentals in Moab than Rim Village. Beautiful views, convenient to downtown Moab and to national parks, Colorado River, and other recreation areas. Hosts were super helpful and quick to respond. Nicely decorated.
We really enjoyed our stay! It was a seamless process to check in and get into the house. The house is about 10 mins from all the restaurants in Moab. The hot tub was nice to use at the end of long hiking days.

What a beautiful home with beautiful views! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Moab and it was such a treat to come back to this gorgeous home after a long day of hiking. Unlike other vacation rentals the check in and check out process was so simple. No need to clean the house from top to bottom before leaving which is rare to find anymore. Plenty of comforts from home are included (coffee, pots, pans, appliances) which made an easy transition to vacation. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!
We had a great time in Moab! The house was close to the national parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved having the private fire place and hot tub to come back to after a long day of hiking. The kitchen and bathrooms we well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely stay again.
Had a great stay at this Rim Village condo on the south side of Moab. The unit was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and the local whole bean coffee. The views of the mountains were wonderful. Highly recommend this VRBO.

This was hands down one of favorite places we’ve stayed in Moab! It’s was in the perfect location if you are attending an event near the Spanish trails arena. The layout of the town house was perfect for 6 guests. They provided high end Aveda products in each bathroom and also gave complimentary locally roasted coffee. The kit he’s was super organized and the basic essentials were provided if you want to cook or grill. It was very close to one of the pools in the area and less crowded than the main entrance one. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had three couples each with a pickup trailer and UTV, and we had plenty of room for parking. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The only minor issues were: Apple Maps took us in from Spanish Valley Drive so we were confused on how to find Y1, the starter supply list said there would be 3 rolls of paper towels and there was just one partially used roll, and there was not enough trash bags available.
