"Good stay. Nice hotel. Breakfast was crowded - couldn’t find seating. Accommodated our late checkout which was appreciated. Front desk staff was not always at front desk - had to wait to get checked in and get some questions answered. Good location for access to restaurants and Main St. "

"The staff were amazing as well as the property! The rooms are decorated so cute! Our only issue was the room was really dirty. Clumps of dog hair and dog food all over the floor. The TV stand was covered with pools of water and the refrigerator was filthy both inside and out. We were a late check and the office was closed by time we got checked in. We come to Moab multiple times a year and thought we’d stay somewhere different, very disappointed especially for a $260.00 a night room."

"We love this place - have stayed there many times and will again. The factors that kept it from being a 5 star stay this time was the noisier-than-usual hallway of our 1st floor room and the crying baby in the room next door (which came through the door to the adjoining room.)"

"Clean room and very comfortable bed. Loved the kitchenette and hot tub and the fact that all rooms were on one floor, so no stairs to climb. Staff was super friendly and recommended great restaurants around Moab!"
