Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's!

The Space:
Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas, two luxury bathrooms, private patio with a hot tub and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

We loved our stay at this location. Our family had a really good time together after a day at Arches National Park just hanging out and playing cards. I'm pretty picky about clean places to stay, and this location was really clean.

Spacious beautiful rental.

We enjoyed staying in this very luxurious rental. The kitchen is gorgeous! The appointments, furnishings and decor are first rate. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient to downtown Moab and local activities. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

There was a problem with my email and didn’t initially receive the check-in info. Once contacted Tyler, he was very helpful and responsive. Place was great and we were impressed. Hot tub was great. Only issue was a sound problem on the living room tv, but didn’t ruin our time.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as described and then some! Loved the easy close walk to restaurants & grocery store. Hot tub was definite plus after a long day of hiking/adventures. Highly recommend!

Vacation in south west to see National Parks

Wonderful location - just down the road from Arches perfect to where we wanted to go - also Canyonlands - lots to do in town. We enjoyed the hot tub - even in the summer it was still nice to get in- also used the gas grill to cook a steak. I would say to bring a box fan and an alarm clock (not one in the master if want to get up early to catch sunrise in the park- if don't want phone alerts all night)- the box fan is needed since this is a downstairs unit you- can hear upstairs footsteps and moving of chairs etc. - very much needed if you are a light sleeper :)

Moab Birthday Weekend

Went to Moab for a quick birthday getaway with a friend. Such a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the luxury downtown rental and it did feel like luxury. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub hit the spot after hiking in Arches, the master bedroom shower was a treat with the double shower heads and benches. The location was quiet and parking right in front of our condo was great. Property manager was great to work with and got back to us quickly when we had a concern. I would definitely book again, it was a great experience.

Beautiful townhome!

This is a beautiful property and I wish we would have been able to stay longer than just one night. I loved the large mud room-like area in the entry way - especially since we had been exploring Arches NP all day and needed to sit and remove shoes and other sand covered garments upon arrival. I also would have loved to have been able to use the full kitchen! Gorgeous! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Moab, especially if staying for several days or longer.

Perfect Location in Moab

Perfect Location in Moab for visiting National parks and relaxing after a day of hiking. Walking distance to a great pub and good food. And love love love the hot tub!
