Perfect place
Overall we loved spending our honeymoon here! The yard was perfect and so was the place. The wifi was a but spotty and the cars on the highway can be a bit loud but overall it was perfect location and place to stay for Moab adventures. Would definitely stay again!!

A truly disappointing place to stay
Old furniture, old rug, not enough lights, no window that opened because we faced a very busy and loud highway. TV did not work properly, wi-fi was totally absent. The whole space felt dirty and ancient. Rear door opened to a view of mountains, and a poorly kept “yard.” We paid for three nights, but left after one unhappy night. Arghh!

Nice property. Our unit was right next to the highway though so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. The unit only had a dorm size mini fridge. A larger refrigerator would have been better. Check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sweet tiny home
Well decorated and designed tiny home that is quite workable and comfortable. There is a bit of noise from the trucks and ATVs nearby - a cabin farther back in the complex might be quieter.

Scenic getaway right off the highway
The lodge is basically a studio apartment with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The property was very clean both inside and outside. There are many things to do locally and you’re only about 15 minutes from the center of Moab. Overall, I had an excellent experience here and I would certainly recommend it if you’re looking for your next vacation destination!

Enjoyed the cabin and it’s amenities. Large living area which had cute southwestern decorations. Bed and bathroom were nice. Enjoyed talking with the property manager and hearing about the expansion plans of a camping resort next year. About 7 miles from town which gave a better view of the night stars. Thanks for a memorable visit to The Moab area!

Good location but...
Its small and the highway traffic is somewhat loud. However, its awesome being outside of town and seeing the stars on the back patio. The young man at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. It is worth staying here because you're so close to the parks and the mountains amd the river but outside of town just enough. Thanks so much.

Worth the drive
This property was a little further out of town than I expected, but worth the drive. The outside was not super fancy, but the inside was nicely decorated and the accommodations were as expected. Host greeted us at check-in and was friendly and helpful asking about our stay and offering to help if we needed to come up with ideas of things to do during our stay. I noticed that the room had a small back yard and there was a gas grill back there had we wanted to use it, but we just ate out other than breakfast there. The bed was comfortable and we had all that we needed during our stay. The only complaint was that I tried to take a shower after my wife took a bath and there was no hot water left. No, she didn't fill the tub very full. Was a little disappointed as a nice hot shower would have been nice.

Great home base for playing around Moab. Right off the highway so there's some traffic noise but it can be mitigated by running the fan. We had everything we needed and would gladly stay again.

Cozy, private little cabin.
The cabin is approximately 7 miles from Moab. It is a cozy little private place with only 5 cabins. The cabin and entities are as advertised. It is located on side of hwy 191, so you do have a little traffic noise. We were without cable TV. And it was repaired the day we departed. I would recommend for a couple that doesn’t mind being a little ways from town.

Moab family trip
This property is clean, quaint, quiet and dog friendly! It is a ways out of town so if you want to be close to everything, it’s not the property for you. My husband and I actually enjoyed less hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommend!!

Exactly as advertised! Sean was great and a wealth of information about the area. Too bad SNOW in October kept us from enjoying some of the sights! I really appreciate the little things - like 2 charging ports on each bedside table and living room end table; a cozy electric fireplace; Charmin TP and Kleenex tissues. The only negative would have to be road noise from nearby highway. Next time I will try to book one of the cabins farther back off the highway.

Amazing
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the Kokopelli cabin. It was incredibly well thought out, we had absolutely everything we needed, we loved it. I especially loved all the little details and accessories available for cooking and feeling at home. Will definitely recommend it.

Great rental for pet owners.
Had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and loved the location out of town. Our friends brought their motor home so it was so convenient that we could both stay on the same property. Loved the small fenced in yard for the pups. The laundry was very convenient as well. We hope to come back and stay again.

This was a great alternative to a hotel! We had a living room area, a deck with a grill, and a small kitchen area. It was tastefully decorated with Southwestern themed art. Although it was small, it was comfortable and clean.

Thank you for your patronage...and that is exactly what the box fan is for. Most locations along Rt191 are very close to the road and the traffic has increased 10 fold in the past 5 yrs. We do what we can to try to minimize the sound.

Arches home away from home
My husband & I visited Moab for the first time & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves exploring & hiking in the Arches Nat’l Park. What better way to relax than feel like you’re home which is exactly how we felt when we returned each day after a couple of tough hikes. Sean & Nancy thought of everything to ensure their guests are comfortable! We especially appreciate the “honor system” mentality, so refreshing in this day & age. Though St. Danes Campground & cabins are about 10 minutes from Moab (20 to Arches), we highly recommend others to check this out!

The cabin was perfect with plenty of space for the two of us. Given the heat we were able to cool off nicely with the AC and fan that was provided in the room. All in all it was a perfect location just a little out of town but still close to the two national parks.

1 week stay for hiking in Moab and national parks
Everything was perfect. No complaints. Check in/check out and communication were easy. Sean was very informative about the area and things to do. There is a lake nearby and paddleboards or kayaks are lent out to use for free from the cabin property. If/when we ever return to Moab, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect little spot
Loved my stay here with my dog. Felt safe, homey, and clean. The owners thought of all the small details and you’ll have everything you need. Especially loved the little fenced backyard with the fire pit. The only negative is the highway noise…but that won’t keep me from coming back. Maybe just try a cabin farther from the road. 5 stars for sure!

Perfect getaway, pet friendly, and just the perfect distance from the town chaos
We rented for one week just needing a pet friendly, affordable spot to shower and sleep when we were done Jeeping the area. However, we found ourselves enjoying the cabin as much as the scenery and excited to come back and cook if we wanted to. Having a fenced yard for the dog was fantastic, parking for trailer, and all necessary anmenities for cooking were all great perks as well. Will definitely try to book again for our next visit.

Perfect choice
The property is and was perfect for our 4 night stay. Larger than a hotel room, more comfortable, including kitchen, TV, relaxing area. Only minutes south of Moab, beautiful front and back views. Full bathroom & bedroom area. Back patio area for grilling or even fire pit area with comfort seating. No charge for fire wood to burn. Available in few steps away, laundry washing/drying facilities. Bag or block ice also available at Very reasonable pricing. Would I come again, you bet I wood. I small inconvenience. Hiway road noise. However, we just turned on available portable fan in TV viewing area while sleeping and that reduced almost all sound. Night time sleep was OK then. I recom this place. I have been VRBO for many years, this choice was another great one. If it's available, go for it and enjoy.

Cute cabin in Spanish valley
The property is located about 25 min south from Arches national park. The cabin is cute and has everything one would need to enjoy a mini vacation in the desert. The cabin is best suited for 2 individuals as the sofa is very uncomfortable and the water tank is so small that max 2 people can shower or use hot water at a time. The tank reheat time would vary and could take longer than 1 hour so if you have more than 2 people traveling plan accordingly. Best for grilling rather than cooking as it does get crowded. Also, there's some 191-hwy noise as the cabin is right off the freeway. Overall, despite all of the above, we enjoyed our stay but in the future we would only plan for 2 people.

We do apologize, but not being able to check you in personally, we were not able to pass along some of the amenities, mainly the 6" gel mattress to augment the sleeper sofa. Its located in the closet of the bedroom and makes the sleep much more comfortable for adults. Our hot water tank is limited in size by local water conservation codes and is the largest we can install. Unlike the large hotels that have limitless hot water, it does take some time for the unit to reheat once it has been completely drained. Space is limited to 490 sq ft, but that is reflected in the price of the cabin being $109.99 a night, as opposed to an avg price of $289.99 in town. We try to provide a clean, well appointed option to in town lodging, but we do find that some customers are better suited to those accommodations and should not book our units based solely on price. We do appreciate your patronage and the honest feedback. Safe travels.

A wonderful experience at the Kokopelli cabin
The property is really cool, cozy and comfy. My hubby and I visited Moab for the sole purpose of trying your new Jeep on the famous trails for off-roading. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We enjoyed our time spent at St. Dane's. Was close to both parks and was just a quick ride into town. Each cabin had their own fire pit and there was wood on the grounds you could purchase. Nice way to end a long day at the park!

Quaint spot near moab
I really enjoyed staying at this place and is everything you need for 1-4 people. I would highly recommend (as long as you are okay without connectivity/WiFi; see below). We had three and it was perfect with the bed and pull out sofa, however 4 is possible it would be a tight squeeze. My only negative side was that the WiFi was unusable and I was not able to work from home which causes problems during my trip both for work purposes but also for looking up trails and building an agenda. This seemed like it was basic that was used for the entire property and should either be upgraded or taken off the amenities. You could connect to the WiFi but nothing worked.

We appreciate your feedback and wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. Even though the internet service in the area is radio frequency line of sight systems, we have 4 separate gateways, both dual band that can be logged on to for Wifi while on property. There is a two stage log in process that you have to follow or you will be connected without conductivity. We also limited the ability to stream content due to having so many guests working remotely over the past 18 months. This allows for everyone on property to have ample bandwidth, all at the same time. Thank you again for staying with us and for the positive feedback on your stay.
