Moab Beauty Custom Home

  • Custom home with loads of amenities and plenty of parking for all your off road toys. Sleeps 12 guest with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathroom, 2 master suits, 2 living rooms, private hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit all situated on partially fenced and private lot. The property has multiple open and covered patios and balconies as well as outdoor seating and dining areas. This property also features southeastern views of the La Sal Mountains and western views of the Moab Canyon Rim. A quick 10-15 minute drive south of downtown Moab.
    *Only certified service animals allowed on property with prior approval.
    *No excess noise, parties or events allowed.
    *No smoking or vaping
    *No blocking driveways of other homes in the neighborhood
    *Please do not leave windows open while not at the property, the HVAC system works best when windows are closed and closed windows also prevent insects and outdoor grill odors from coming into the house.
    *Keep hot tub cover on at all times when not in use.
