This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom top floor condo sleeps a maximum of 14 guests. This condo faces away from the highway which affords beautiful views of the Manti-La Sal Mountains from the shaded twin balconies along with added quiet from any possible road noise. In addition, the top-floor units at Sage Creek are quieter because there are no floors above them. The top floor also has 10' to 12' vaulted ceilings as well as tall 8-foot doors.

A gas fireplace warms the cozy living room which is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa. A 65" TV is connected to the internet for your viewing pleasure. The sofa sleeper in the Living Room is queen-sized and is equipped with a memory foam mattress cover. A balcony with a BBQ grille is adjacent to the living room and serves as an additional gathering spot.

The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end Italian appliances which include a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Drinkware and flatware will allow service for 14 guests. There is seating for 4 at the bar and 6 at the dining room table. A Cuisinart coffee maker is available for your use as well as a toaster, blender, and crock pot.
