Coyote Run @ Rim Village - Pet Friendly

  • Rim Village offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with gorgeous views of the Moab Rim, a walkable streetscape and amenities like the heated community pool (open April - October) and hot tub (heated year round).

    Each bedroom and the living room offers a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub that's perfect after a day of adventure.

    Bed Configuration:

    3rd Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds
    Extra Bedding: 2 Roll Away Beds

    There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

    Rim Village is 5 miles south of Moab.

    **Pet Policy:**
    If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Beautiful property, lovely interior design (including beautiful photographs of the area) and great outside vistas - perfect for enjoying some patio time. I would absolutely recommend this property for those visiting Moab and the surrounding area. The host was excellent. We had open and welcome communication with quick, thorough responses to any questions. We were in the area to hike/visit the parks and trails. The property is conveniently located, easy to find and quiet. Everything was clean and orderly, kitchen is well stocked/set up for cooking, and beds were comfortable. We would rent again.

Our family of 4- two parent and two college age students plus our dog all stayed in this unit - it had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The complex was clean and nice to walk our dog around. The patio was spacious and had great views all around.

Very cozy house in a nice, quiet location close enough to be convenient to downtown Moab. Location, Views and Comfort

Such a comfortable place to stay. Close enough to Moab and the national parks but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle. The house was spotless and had everything we could possible need. Great community to walk dogs and just relax. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
