Welcome to Red Cliffs unit 6I! Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos are in a prime location! You're close to Moab shops, restaurants, hiking trails and so much more. You can be at the mountains is 25 minutes or Arches National Park in 15 minutes. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. What's even better? A pool and hot tub have been added to complex! After a long day of hiking, you'll want to take a refreshing dip before going to your Moab home for the night Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.
Red Cliffs 6I is on the third floor and located right by the complex pool and hot tub. You'll love the fun décor, spacious rooms, and overall comfy atmosphere. This unit comes fully equipped with an awesome kitchen where you can cook for your entire family. Your outdoor balcony has a propane BBQ grill and seating so you can enjoy the Moab sunsets.
Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to host you in this pet friendly property! There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team after you are charged your reservation total.

The condo fit our group perfectly. We had a comfortable place to stay while we explored Camyonlands and Arches. We also enjoyed the Hidden Valley trail only a few blocks from the condo.
The condo was very clean. It had extra beds, pillows, towels, shampoo, etc. It also had the kitchen stocked with dishes, etc. The condos were quiet and the area was clean. It's also a great distance from the middle of town. We had six adults, two children, and three dogs stay. We would book again. Thank you!
The condo was nice and we had one small problem that the property manager took care of promptly. One minor inconvenience is that while in a bedroom, you can hear people going up and down the stairwell outside. It's quite loud, loud enough it woke me up. Other than that the location is nice and parking near our unit was easy. I would stay here again, but not during EJS weekend. Everyone is charging too much too stay in town during EJS so after 13 years of going to it, it's too expensive now and we won't be attending in the future.
The condo complex was quiet at night and quite large. It was overall clean and well appointed but a little run down. Management was great to communicate with and took care of all our needs.
Took my parents and pup on a spontaneous getaway. This home had everything we needed to relax after a day of hiking! It was well stocked cleaned and air conditioned in the summer heat! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and they were clean! The beds were comfy and we were well rested for all of our adventures! Super close to everything!
This condo was very clean. Check in was a breeze. Parking for truck and trailer was a bit hard some night due to the amount of truck and trailers there. Other than that great place to stay!
We stayed in this unit a couple years and came back and new wanted to stay here again. The staff were so nice and accommodating and we decided to stay an extra day and they helped us find another unit that fit our group.

We loved our stay! The only weird thing is on the VRBO listing it shows it's in the middle of town and that is not true, it's a 10 minute drive to town. Also, the pool key was missing so we couldn't use those facilities and I didn't have any luck getting a hold of the property manager to get that resolved during our stay. Besides that we enjoyed the place a lot, it was clean and great for our family!
Instructions had location listed as #6l. We read that as sixty-one but it was actually building 6 unit I (eye). Very misleading.
Would have liked to have coffee and laundry detergent provided.
Nice facility and clean. Had difficulty figuring out how to turn on and work with the television.
We all were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Kitchen well supplied, towels were plush, and beds were very comfortable. Very good experience! Easy access!
We stayed at this location in order to visit Arches National Park for the first time. There was plenty of space for our family and the location was clean, quiet and convenient to services and the park.

Nice Smart TVs, laundry machines with detergent provided, pet friendly, comfortable beds + extra linens, pool, plenty of parking - the list goes on. Just outside of the main Moab strip, which we honestly preferred. Quick and easy drive to nearby activities. 10/10!
