The Space:

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit on the Moab Golf Course has a 42-inch Plasma TV and a Blu-Ray Player in the living room. Enjoy 120 Channels with HD from Dish Network. The living room floors have just been redone in high-end Italian porcelain tile, and really add a modern look to the condo. The kitchen has just been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV, for the ultimate in entertainment options. New carpeting covers the stairs and upstairs level. In-unit, high-speed Wi-Fi, and digital lock complete the high tech package. A private hot tub has just been added to the private patio. Enjoy the beautiful Moab Sunsets while sitting in the hot tub or grilling up some burgers.



Furnished in Southwest style, the downstairs level features a living room with cozy gas log fireplace, a sofa/sleeper and big easy chair. The dining area has table seating for six and the fully equipped, pass-through kitchen has all the appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities are located in the pantry closet at one end of the kitchen. A bathroom w/shower only, is just off the entry hall. The entry hall also has an interior door opening to an attached, single-car garage, where you can store your toys.



Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two twin-size beds.The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower. Two twin air mattresses are available in the hall closet, so that this unit can sleep up to 8 people. Completing this luxury accommodation is an outdoor private patio, with picnic furniture and a gas barbeque grill.



Hiking, off-road trails, and mountain biking are just outside your back door. The famous SteelBender and Flat Pass trails are only1/4 mile up the road. You can also walk to the golf course from your unit. There is also lots of parking for your trailers and additional vehicles on the nearby access road.



There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

The Hacienda has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
