"Could be cleaner, our room still had dirty towels and cleaning supplies left it like the housekeepers started our room and got sidetracked. Some fresh coffee in the lobby shouldn’t be difficult to keep for the guest but that was sketchy too."

"I stayed at the Renaissance in Mobile for a girls’ trip and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a river view room where we could see the Amtrak train and the cruise ship, which made the view even better. I also liked the added security of needing a key card to access the floors. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. They do offer breakfast, although I didn’t get a chance to try it. My only downside was the parking — I feel like parking should be free for guests staying at the hotel, but it was $19 added to the room unless you paid separately for in and out access. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back."
