- Delightful condo in a Historic setting of massive oak trees and beautiful landscaping. The community is gated and includes a lovely pool, hot tub, fitness room and clubhouse. This unit has the original hardwood floors, quartz and butcher block counter tops, and a mid-century bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room sofa pulls out to a sleeper. The living space is large and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and wifi with televisions. Close to 3 hospitals.
This unit is upstairs so no noise from above. The building overlooks a historic oak tree which can be seen out of the windows. There is a parking lot behind the building.

Close to Mobile`s historic districts and a short ride to downtown. There is a wonderful Latin restaurant and a breakfast/lunch diner in walking distance. Publix is near by along with other restaurants. There are 3 hospitals nearby for our medical industry guests.
Walking, bike riding, driving and Uber are good options.
