There is a kitchen/living area with a dining table with room enough for four. You can relax and enjoy the courtyard underneath the pergola or take a short stroll through the breezeway where you will discover what the locals refer to as Utopia. Soak in the scenery of Mobile Bay while you enjoy the wide walking trails and breathtaking surroundings.

Lovely Cottage & Location

Comfortable cottage with everything we needed in a quaint neighborhood in walking distance to downtown art festival. Ample parking, quiet and cozy, beautiful bay & sunset view from the main house swing. Fairhope and this lovely cottage are a perfect getaway to tree-lined streets, beautiful shops and friendly people!

Even though the bungalow was an enclosed unit with views of the backside parking, we were within walking distance of the Mobile bay view and town.

Anniversary getaway

Lovely visit to Fairhope for a long anniversary weekend. The apt was located across from the bay, a beautiful setting. The plumbing was a bit antiquated and the bath could use some counter space but overall we did fine. Hosts was very responsive to all communications.

Great location for the fireworks show. Very clean. Only negative was there wasn’t adequate bedding linens for sleeper sofa. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
