This 1920's Midtown Cottage tastefully merges original hardwood floors and 10 foot ceilings with modern décor to create a feeling of serenity and relaxation. The Lafayette House is located in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District in walking distance of downtown, with great proximity to the Mobile Bay, direct access to Mardi Gras events and local attractions, while still providing enough privacy to disconnect in your very own oasis. More than 1500SF, large front porch and a welcoming back yard, there is enough room for the whole family.

NO Smoking or Vaping inside the home. Detection of any type of smoke will result in $250.00 damage cost. Smoking should be limited to outside only.
Additional unregistered guests should NOT stay on the property overnight. Fees of $50.00 per night maybe assessed for each person not registered.
