Cozy Secluded Cabin on 50 Acre Horse Ranch

Our cozy cabin retreat is tucked away in a secluded area of our 50 acre horse farm, surrounded by nature; and well supplied with all the essentials for a comfortable stay for a night or a week.

The cabin features 1 bedroom with an extremely comfy queen bed, and a very nice sofa sleeper in the living room that folds out into a double bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen, welcome goodies, Kurieg Coffee maker as well as coffee, creamers, sweeteners, teas, and more!

For your enjoyment: Free fiber optic with internet speed of 250 meg upload and 250 meg download for the digital nomad. Outdoor lovers can hike the trails directly accessible from the cabin. Enjoy our beautiful woods, creeks and picnic areas; schedule a complimentary barn visit to interact with and learn about our Rocky Mountain Horses and Miniature Donkeys, and relax by the fireplace, or bonfire with your favorite beverage. Finish your day with a deep sleep on super comfy premium bedding and linens.

You can also rest easy knowing the cabin is THOROUGHLY cleaned, vacuumed, dusted, and disinfected between each visit. If we have a pet guest, the cleaning is even more detailed! We never use air fresheners or other chemical fragrances to hide odors.

NO GATHERINGS: The cabin is NOT designed as a gathering place for parties or any type of celebrations. MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. This is a very special, quiet, secluded respite spot designed for our guest's rest and relaxation.

DOG FEE: Dogs are welcome, but due to the extra detailed cleaning required there is a $25 additional cleaning fee PER DOG, PER STAY. Any additional pet fee balance is due at check in.

PLEASE, CLAIM YOUR PETS at time of booking. We WILL find out, and you will be charged for them. This will save embarrassment for you once you arrive.

Short and sweet

We were only staying one night and had very little down time at the cabin on our trip, but the cabin was absolutely perfect for our family. The kids loved the games. Everything was comfortable and clean. Due to the length of our stay, we weren’t able to find a time to schedule a barn visit, but Vicki and Bob won us over by bringing the horses to us for a quick visit. They were great hosts!

Perfect Fit

We loved this property! It was about 10 minutes from Grandmas house and the perfect size for our small family. Bob and Vicki even had a pack-n-play for our son to sleep in, saving me time and packing space. Our son LOVED seeing the horses and I felt very safe outside solo at night with our puppy. This is also one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!! We look forward to future stays.

The most amazing experience staying at the Cabin

The Cabin, was amazing, clean and well kept and in a great location. The property manger, was very thoughtful and caring. They made us feel like we were at home. Actually they went way above and beyond to make our stay there great. Long story short, we got married that day. It was our honeymoon. Everything about the place was great. Everything about the property manager was such a pleasure. Would recommend staying here ten times over to anyone.

Cabin and property as advertised, everything clean and neat. Good space for 2-3 people, so nice that coffee, tea, a nice welcome gift of wine (delicious!) and Lindt truffles (yum!) included. The property is lovely and we took several walks on the trails there. Had wanted to see the horses snd donkeys but just didn’t have the opportunity. Nice walking at Rich Park and Hanover Vineyard in Yadkinville was a hidden gem; excellent wine and a very picturesque location. Our host there was lovely as well! We hope to get back maybe in the spring so we can see/do a little more!

Peaceful Tranquility

Stayed for 2 days, definitely not long enough. From the minute you turn into the driveway it's breathtaking. The cabin was warm, clean and cozy, it had all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. We spent 2 hours meeting the horses and learning their stories. Bob and Vicki are truly amazing people. We felt as if we've known them forever, just hard working honest people. We enjoyed sitting by the fire all evening sipping the complementary bottle of wine, one of my favorite wines too. You could see a million stars in the crisp cool night, surrounded by complete silence except for the crackling of the warm fire. Morning yoga with a cup of coffee on the porch was refreshing and relaxing. We took a hike around the property. We got to see the horses from a distance grazing in the morning sunshine surrounded by the morning dew, just a beautiful sight. Bob and Vicki definitely did a lot to make this place feel as if you're family. From the complementary gifts, wine and chocolates, marshmallows for the fire. Getting to meet their animals. The hiking trail complete with picnic tables. There are handpainted inspirational quotes in and around the cabin and trails that fill you with joy. Do your mind, body and soul a favor, stop by for a little getaway and swim in the peacefulness of this amazing place. We are already planning our next trip! Dawn and Pete

Beautiful, cozy, quiet and secluded was the perfect little spot to get away for a couple days. Everything was neat and clean and what really caught my eye was the inspirational phrases throughout the cabin. A little piece of heaven on earth!
