Amazing experience all the comfort with a view to the past. Unique and romantic design for a couple and enough history for a family to have interesting conversations about how life used to be!

A Mixed Experience
We loved the rustic quaintness of the cabin. It was easy to find, & a convenient location for what we needed to do during our stay. The property was well equipped & spacious inside, with ingenious use having been made of every nook & cranny. The bed was huge & very comfy, the shower was great, & we loved watching the birds from the porch. Once we got the hang of the "smart" entry system it worked fine, & we enjoyed the choice of viewing on the 2 large TVs. However - the lack of natural light in the bedroom, & of natural ventilation anywhere other than through the main entrance door, were distinct disadvantages. But main issue was with the incessant traffic noise - constant revving of engines & blaring music just feet from where we were trying to relax became very wearing. Sometimes we couldn't even hear each other speak, & 4 nights of needing earplugs has left us with very sore ears!
A fabulous and comfortable cabin within an easy walk to the square with much more character than any other choices. The couch, chairs and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.
This historic cabin was very clean, had everything I needed for my 2 day stay. There were clear directions about how to check in and out. The location at the intersection of two state highways was a bit noisy. I would rent again for a short stay in my hometown.
We loved the cabin! Couldn’t stop looking around at the uniqueness of it. The only down side was the traffic all night long. However that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

You have everything you need to prepare meals, wash yourself and your clothes if needed. You can rent for little time or long term. LOVED the look of this modernized Log cabin. The host has thought of everything even info on what to do nearby from names of the local parks to gas to shopping
