"AT the Hawthorn Inn very customer service, knowledable and friendly staff - from front desk to housekeeping - security - management. They are very respectable and do not enter your room without permission. PS contray to my previosu stay at WoodSprings - no security - very unclean - rude staff - shout and curse at guests - broken rooms - just to name a few. Staff an Woodspring suits enter your room without permission. Housekeeping is dirty linens and not well done"

"This recently renovated Sonesta was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the comfortable layout of the room with good space to work at my computer. The made to order breakfast was also very nice (real not powdered eggs!) All staff members were friendly! I would chose this property again."
