My only complaint is that I stay at this hotel because it's close to my grandchildren when I visit in the winter. They like to swim. I just stayed for the second time, and the pool is freezing. I checked with staff twice when I checked in on Thursday to warm the pool up before Saturday night, for swim night. They said both times they'd warm it up. We were very disappointed that the water was still freezing on Saturday. This is very disappointing because I cannot stay here in the future if we can't use the pool in the winter. "
