"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. "Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is great friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very nice and plentiful. The on duty staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept the place tidy and refreshed often. We didn’t get here early enough to explore so cannot comment on that but not so far from City Center. The hotel terrace and garden area is very nice just as pictured. Great place to relax"
