It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "The property may be a bit off the beaten path in Richmond but the price is right and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hot tub was toasty with great jets and was very clean. The best part of my stay was the lovely, friendly front desk clerk who was extremely helpful and hospitable. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again."

"Family reunion brought us north and we needed a place to stay over on the way home. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in since the trip began. Hallways were a bit warm but the room was very cool and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern looking. "

"recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The property was clean, quiet, and felt safe — all of which are top priorities for me when traveling. I really appreciated being able to walk into my room without any disturbances and get a full night’s sleep without noise or interruptions. The room itself was tidy and well-maintained overall. The only issue I noticed was that the toilet seat didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly. Fortunately, I had some disinfecting wipes with me, and it was a quick fix. Despite that small hiccup, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable throughout. I definitely plan to make this hotel my go-to for future trips. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay. "
