The entire property is exclusively at your disposal—including the approximately 1,800 m² garden with a pool. Thanks to eco-friendly solar heating, the water often reaches a pleasant 25 °C or higher when the sun is out.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen and the grill in the garden are perfect for cooking together in the evenings. A real highlight is the living room with ceilings about 6 metres high and a large projector, which creates a unique atmosphere for film nights.

The house and garden feature atmospheric, customisable lighting—ideal for relaxing evenings or social gatherings outdoors.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking spaces on the private, gated driveway right next to the house provide additional comfort.
