"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Wir sind zufällig auf diese Wohnung gestoßen, da unsere Stammunterkunft eine Grundreinigung erhielt und wir somit eine Alternative brauchten. Die Größe des Appartementkomplexes wäre uns eigentlich zu viel gewesen, allerdings verteilen sich die Gebäudeteile und somit die Wohnungen angenehm. Die Lage direkt hinter der Promenade und schräg gegenüber von Café und dem Beiboot sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. "This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "
