"When we arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty. The mattress pad did not fit the bed. The sheets were nasty. Yeah the mattress pad was crumbling on the inside. It smelled bad. The mattress itself was dirty. The staff put us in another room, which was much better. The property needs better housekeeping. The views were wonderful all in all the the hotel needs to be updated"

Staff was friendly and helpful when both key cards failed after repeated attempts to program it.
