"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too."
"Absolutely stunning place - both the location and the property. The yurt was beautiful and unique, had everything that we needed and more! The kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, tea, as well as extra bedding and towels. The bathroom was modern, smelled amazing and had shower gel and hairdryer. The private garden was spacious, with bbq, table and sofa. Incredible views of the mountains. Can’t wait to come back! "

"A beautiful small hotel with outstanding views. Although it is up a steep hill, the hotel, although basic, is everything you need for a few days stay. The restaurant next door is very good, and used by touists and locals alike. If you are hiking, the hotel has lots of info on trails and is near the start of most main routes."
"This was a pearl just putside Granada that we enjoyed a lot. The two guys running the place (we assume they did at least) really made us feel at home and relax. The balcony with the pool and eating place offered a great view of Granada end the Sierra, which we took delight of greatly."
"Well situated. The upgrated room with the fridge was great, however the room 201 was too small and awkward. In general too much furniture in the rooms and no flat space. The offered breakfast at 11 euros is too pricey. The staff was great!"

"I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly.
The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic).
The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well.
We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views.
We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."

"Location is the best! The view from the living room is great! Communication with the property manager was flawless, always available and friendly. The check in and check out was easy and the office is right next door to the building.

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."
"We had an amazing time at this beautiful duplex in Sierra Nevada! It was perfect for our group of 8, with children, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, and we were so touched by the thoughtful gift left for us. Every detail was well thought out, and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We truly felt spoiled and I totally recommend this place. The place is bigger than you can appreciate in the photosThe owner always replied to us to all our questions "

"Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en los apartamentos de este hotel de cinco estrellas fue muy decepcionante. A pesar de la excelente ubicación y el buen restaurante dentro del hotel, los apartamentos dejaron mucho que desear en términos de calidad y confort.La decoración y el estado de los apartamentos son extremadamente antiguos, y todo está notablemente desgastado y en mal estado. La ropa de cama estaba muy usada, los colchones eran extremadamente incómodos, y las almohadas daban una impresión tan poco higiénica que resultaba inquietante dormir en ellas. Los electrodomésticos, además, eran todos muy viejos y apenas funcionaban. Una de las peores experiencias fue en la ducha, donde el cabezal de la ducha se rompió en mis manos el primer día.El sistema de calefacción, que funciona a través de los aires acondicionados, no solo es muy anticuado, sino también increíblemente ruidoso, lo que hizo casi imposible descansar adecuadamente. Además, el acceso a las pistas de esquí resultó ser muy complicado debido a la ausencia de nieve, lo que fue otra gran decepción.Si desea disfrutar de su estadía y evitar molestias, sinceramente no puedo recomendar estos apartamentos.
