"Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"We had a very good time. The property managers were very helpful. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect near all the stores and food you can think of. "

"A very nice and clean hotel right in the middle of town. The young man at the desk was very kind and extremely helpful!! "Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again. "
