"Incredibly nice hotel for a good price. Able to book last minute and the staff was lovely when I arrived near midnight. The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. "It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"The Hotel Rugenblick has a friendly, helpful staff. The 'single standard' room was very clean if furnished somewhat spartanly. Everything was in good order, however. The breakfast buffet was very acceptable. Parking was free and off-street. The wifi worked well in the reception area but could be sporadic in the room itself. "Even though we were running late and arrived at the hotel after the normal check-in hour we were met by a friendly team. The hotel has a well assorted mini-bar were you just mark off what you grabbed from the fridge and pay when you check-out. Beds were comfortable and our room had a massage shower. Value for money accommodation in charming Binz
"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
