About this property

House for 5 people near the beach and golf course, 52 m²

  • Semi-detached house of 52m2 on a plot of 193m2 in a quiet residence with communal swimming pool (Open from 15/06 to 15/09 from 10 am to 8 pm) and parking space
    IMPORTANT: During the summer period from June 27 to August 29, 2026, rentals will be made exclusively from Saturday (arrival 4 p.m.) to Saturday (departure 11 a.m.) for a minimum of 7 nights without any exceptions.
    Ocean and shops 1.5 kms, a few metres from the golf course

    - Kitchen area with fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
    - 2 separate bedroom, 1 bed 160 bedroom 1 without window, and 1 bunk beds bedroom 2 (140 downstairs and 90 upstairs) + 2 seater sofa bed in the living room 160

Très beau séjour ! Le cadre est magnifique, au calme et entouré de la belle verdure typique des Landes. Le logement est propre et agréable, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi.La proximité de très belles plages est un vrai plus. La piscine est également très agréable, et quel plaisir de pouvoir observer les écureuils dans les arbres !Thierry est très réactif et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette location. 10/10 !

Un séjour dépassant nos attentes ❣️

Voici une version retravaillée de votre commentaire : Un lodge niché au cœur des pins, d'une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé, conforme aux photos présentées. Son emplacement est idéal, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Pistes cyclables a 50 mètres. J'ai J'ai eu un excellent échange avec Thierry et Marlène. En résumé, une expérience parfaite ! Merci infiniment pour votre accueil chaleureux !
