House of 63m2 well equipped with all comfort during your holidays with a large veranda overlooking a large wooden terrace and garden under the pines, located 1,500km from the beach and surf spot, 800m from the golf course, 150 m from the swimming pool of the residence free access open from June 15 to September 15, walk or bike ride and circuit around the lake, access to bike paths right out of the house, 5 minutes drive from the park accrobranches, 23km of Hossegor, 57km of Biarritz, 179km of ski resort of the Atlantic Pyrenees and about 117km of St Sebastian Spain.

Good quiet safe location not far from beach, about 25 min walk to amenities, quite nice for a morning stroll, good size house with everything you need for a self contained week away , excellent owner friendly with good communication

Très agréable séjour
La location est très agréable, bien équipée, conforme à l'annonce. Située dans une résidence de vacances calme même au mois d'août, chaque maison a un terrain suffisant pour pouvoir se sentir chacun chez soi. L'extérieur de la maison est d'ailleurs très bien aménagé. Une fois sur place on peut tout faire à vélo. Les 2 plages sont à 10/15mn. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. les échanges ont été faciles et les réponses très rapides. Nous avons apprécié le séjour et reviendrons sans hésitation si nous en avons l'occasion.

L’endroit est charmant entouré de pins. La terrasse est super agréable ! Résidence familiale. Proche des plages , accès facile à vélo. Très bonne communication avec Stéphane qui a été très réactif pour solutionner le problème laissé par les précédents vacanciers. Les vélos à dispo sont un vrai plus pour se déplacer !

Charmante maisonnette de vacances très bien située dans un environnement calme
Cette maison dispose de tout le confort et l'équipement necessaire pour un séjour agréable. Les vélos à dispo sont un plus. La résidence est très calme et les commerces et les plages sont à proximité. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très faciles et l'accueil très chaleureux. Merci

Location fonctionelle, bien équipée. Située dans une copropriété calme même si la densité de maison est importante. Possibilité de être à l abri du vis-à-vis Seul defaut: salle de bain et WC accessible depuis une des 2 chambres
