Points positifs :Bonne situation, piste cyclable au bout du (joli) jardin.Bon contact avec le propriétaire et l'agence.Cuisine refaite à neuf avec électroménager de marque, bien équipé (mais manque de couverts et poêles). Propre.Cadre agréable sous les pins. Piscine à 400 m. Voisinage sympathique. Animaux acceptés.Points négatifs :Maison mitoyenne (copropriété), non précisé.Surface annoncée (incluant la mezzanine) un peu gonflée. Route très passante derrière le jardin : nuisances sonores: impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte (alors que l'annonce dit "tranquille").Odeur un peu désagréable dans la salle de bain.VMC bruyante dans la chambre (astuce : couper au disjoncteur la nuit).Lits beaucoup trop petits (je mesure 1,74 m et je bute contre le bout en bois), j'ai dû dormir par terre sur la mezzanine malgré le bruit du frigo.Canapé du salon peu confortable.Manque de couverts donc vaisselle fréquente.Trop cher au vu du confort réel. Des améliorations simples permettraient pourtant de bien valoriser ce logement.

Logement bien situé mais ... L'annonce indiquait deux chambres alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une couplée d'une mezzanine. Propreté de la salle de douche plus que limite, du scotch autour du pommeau de douche, équipements très basiques (peu de vaisselle et pas de sèche cheveux) . Table et chaises extérieurs pas nettoyés. Le lieu n'est pas hyper accueillant Il y a quand même un minimum à faire pour que les locataires se sentent bien et je précise que je n'ai jamais laissé un tel commentaire de ce genre pour aucune autre location

Leider gab es zahlreiche Mängel: - Die Spülmaschine war defekt (nicht so schlimm) - Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt (nicht so schlimm) - Die Glas-Duschwand war nicht dicht, Wasser läuft beim Duschen in das Bad. Daher quellen die Badmöbel (unten) auf und der Boden ist immer nass (nicht so schlimm) - Das Abwasser floss am dritten Tag nicht mehr ab (schlimm). Weder Toilette noch Spüle, etc. Somit war kein Toilettengang mehr möglich und es gibt auch keine öffentlichen Toiletten auf dem Campus. Leider läuft das Abwasser mit allen Fäkalien dann aus dem tiefsten Punkt (Duschwanne) heraus. Wir haben das Problem am Abend gemeldet (zahlreiche Mails und Nachrichten auf den Anrufbeantworter) und am nächsten Tag (nachmittags) kam auch ein Techniker für die Abwasserreinigung: Das Abwasserrohr des Hauses wird von einer Baumwurzel so plattgedrückt, dass kein Papier mehr durchkommt. Eine schnelle Reparatur war nicht möglich, aber zumindest konnte der kleine Spalt wieder für den Wasserdurchfluss geöffnet werden. Damit es nicht wieder verstopft, mussten Papier getrennt sammeln und hoffen... Da wir eine alte Rechnung (4 Wochen) von der Abwasserreinigung fanden, scheint das Abwasserproblem nicht neu zu sein. Der Vermieter hat uns ca. 25% vom Gesamtpreis erstattet. (Ich hätte das Haus nicht mal kostenlos bezogen, da eine funktionierende Toilette mit Kindern essenziell ist.) Da auch der Rest verwohnt war (Matrazen muffeln, Küchengeschirr minimal, etc.) kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour

Très bonne location qui a répondu à nos attentes ! Maison en très bon état, propre, spacieux, pratique et nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur grâce au auvent. Cadre reposant, au calme où nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous le recommandons.. Accueil convivial à l'écoute et propriétaire réactif.

Location très bien située, adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Cependant des travaux de rafraîchissement, d’amélioration et d’entretien seraient à prévoir. Fuite dans la Sdb, Pièces d’eau trop petites. On a été déçu du logement en arrivant, les photos ne correspondait pas tout à fait à la réalité.

Location bien située , Au milieu des pins , proche de l’océan à vélo par la piste cyclable juste en bas de la résidence. Résidence calme et agréable. Bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais un peu petite pour 6 personnes comme annoncé sur l’annonce. Certains détails de l’équipement à l’intérieur peuvent être amélioré facilement pour plus de confort ( Poêles plus grandes et neuves , toutes les casseroles n’étaient pas adaptées pour fonctionner avec la plaque à induction c’est dommage , barbecue électrique ou au gaz serait le bienvenue , sèche cheveux et aspirateur à dispo seraient bien ).

L'emplacement était parfait et au calme. La maison était parfaite, très bien équipée avec un lave vaisselle et un lave linge. Nous avons pu manger à l'ombre à l'extérieur sous un auvent abrité. Cosy, well equipped cottage with nice garden

Jose´s cottage is really homely, clean and very well equipped. We immediately felt "at home". The nice little garden invites to rest and read a book or drink a glas of wine with your family or friends.
