"It was extremely hot in the room, despite air conditioning being on. We asked for a fan which staff said they would bring to our room but never did! Bed was horrible!!"

"We had a room on the 1st floor. Horrible. The room smelled like an ashtray even tho the hotel is supposed to be smoke free.The smell was so bad it gave instant headaches as we are non smokers. The sheets were dirty, with crumbs on the bed. No soap in the room for hand washing. Side entrance to the hotel doors glass was broken/cracked half way down one side. Felt pretty unsafe here… Bathtub looked dirty. It rained that night and the side parking lot had a puddle so deep we waded in water up to our ankles to our vehicle. Only good thing I can say was the bed wasn’t horrible and the breakfast was ok and the location is conveniently right off the interstate and by the airport. We checked in late and was leaving early or we wouldn’t have stayed, and most all other hotels were completely booked. "

"The Saturday continental breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Bagels and English muffins, etc. That is always the highlight of our stay."

"They had a fun breakfast menu. They had recipe cards in various places to give suggestions on making things from the varied breakfast food items... My favorite was the various toppings to make different breakfast parfaits! "

"I noticed and appreciated the efforts to have less waste, using less plastic and other environmentally friendly choices. This was true for soaps and such as well as at the breakfast choices."

"Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. "

"Air not working or they control it. Moved to another room same thing. Staff tried to accommodate but not much they could do at the time."

"Place is rundown. Pool was closed, told it was the pools motor not working but you coukd see the water filters pumping. The whole place felt icky."
